New Year, New....

New Year, New…ME?

You know you made a list of goals for 2024.

If you did not make a list, I encourage you to spend some time doing that before we enter February.

I don’t typically make resolutions, because I believe that goals are nothing but dreams without two vital and key players: consistency and discipline.

So … this year I continued to commit to starting things “messy”. Slowly chipping away at my stone-cold perfectionist.

The first thing on my to-do list was to start a dang podcast!

Yessir, that’s right- I don’t know how the heck I did it but new episodes started streaming on January 1. Look out for fresh episodes every Monday. This is a major work in progress and already, I have learned too much and fine-tuned the process bunches.

If I can start a podcast, y’all can crush your goals for 2024 by showing up consistently and having the discipline to move the needle closer to said goal a tiny bit every single day. Remember, we don’t have to make huge moves to find success, the little things MATTER.

Think of this process as a pointillism painting. Every minuscule dot makes us a memorable scene that’s worth framing. Your work, your message, and your story are a masterpiece. Don’t give up.
