This is a busy season with lots of opportunities for you to learn with me. I am teaming up with some STELLAR early childhood folks to spread the word on the vital aspects of play. 👌Ade's Weekly Pro TIP

Serve a hot/ warm snack during the winter months. Beginning after Thanksgiving, we serve the children hot oatmeal (gluten-free and vegan) at morning circle. Here is our recipe we use in the Instant Pot!

• 1 cup Bob's Red Mill GF Oats

• 2 Cups Water

• 1 teaspoon Organic Cinnamon

• 2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil

• serves @ 6 kiddos

Set in Instant Pot on White Rice setting. It will be done in about 20 mins. We bring the entire Instant Pot outside and serve in small cups at morning circle. We bring the pot back indoors and set it on "keep warm" if there is any left over. This high carb, high fat snack keeps bellies full, and warm as children move around the forest on those chilly winter days!
